Masood has a PhD in mechanical engineering with 7 years of experience in human biomechanics, wearable robotics, and human-device interaction. At Seismic, he leads designing critical human studies required to design, test, and validate wearable robotic devices. As an expert in human-device interaction, his responsibility is to inform the design of novel wearable devices/robots based on the human-device test results to enhance the effectiveness, functionality, comfort, and usability of these devices.
Masood received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (Design & Robotics) from Sharif University of Technology in Iran, and his M.S. and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering (Biomechanics & Robotics) from Arizona State University.
